This program is for veterans seeking higher education through college, vocational rehabilitation, skilled trade, apprenticeship program, -or- active in mental health treatment/counseling, ongoing physical health treatment, physical therapy, rehabilitation or progressing forward with the transition to civilian life with respect and dignity.
