For FREE assistance with claims or benefits, please contact or visit one of the local Chapters, Department, or the Boston National service office.

DAV has served our nations heroes for over 100 years. The backbone of our service is representing veterans of all eras to obtain benefits from the VA they are entitled to as part of the covenant for their military service. 

Did you know?

All DAV service officers are trained and certified to help veterans and dependents navigate their VA benefits and provide counseling for veterans on claims and appeals. This is all at no cost to the veteran.

Chapter Service Officers (CSO)

You may contact your local DAV Chapter and speak with a Chapter Service Officer. DAV Dept of MA has over 50 chapters spread across the Commonwealth.

Department Service Officers (DSO)

Visit a Department Service Officer at Brockton, Jamaica Plain, West Roxbury, Bedford, or Northampton VA Medical Centers, and at Outpatient VA facilities across the state.

 

National Service Officers (NSO)

If you wish to have the DAV National Service Office handle your claim or appeal, please contact the Boston Office at 617-303-5675 or by email at dav.vbabos@va.gov.
